Refund policy

For Lulu Luxe, I’d recommend:

• Returns accepted within 14 days for unused items in original condition.
• Custom waist beads are final sale.
• Candles, body oils, and sprays cannot be returned if opened or used.
• Customers pay return shipping unless the item arrived damaged.
• Contact you within 48 hours if an item arrives damaged.
